White Winter Cannabis Dinner, our next supper club event in the Closed Door Collection, has been put on the calendar for January 27th, 2018 in central San Diego.
Chef Miguel Valdez, who has spent years championing seasonal and sustainable ingredients from the best product purveyors and local farms in the San Diego region, will be joining the Supper Club network of chefs to bring a luxurious take on our five course dinner events.
We are excited to have him be our first chef of 2018 as we celebrate our 2nd year of quarterly dinners with all of you incredible food explorers. Our cannabis partners, as always will consist of some of California’s best products and always chef approved.
Early bird subscriber tickets are available now. First round of email invitations went out Monday, December 18th, 2017.

Sadly, my papers are not current (ALL GUESTS must have a valid Prop 215 CA). You might consider mentioning that in the event info. 😉 Would also be nice if there were more details regarding the courses and beverage pairings (considering the $$$). Gonna miss this one but I’ll definitely keep an eye out for future events. Thank you again.

January 18, 2018 at 1:37 pmThe chef has not yet completed the vegetarian option menu which is why it is not published but to be clear, there are no beverage pairings. We feel the combination of alcohol and cannabis is a personal consideration that is best left to the individual. Thank you for your interest.
